What will you be doing?
- Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
- Effectively engage with T&D team for session review guidance.
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of all sessions and share feedback for MTs through provided rubric.
- Proactively work with the T&D to improve the session delivering skills of Teachers by reviewing the sessions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- No.of sessions to be reviewed is 60 in a week where each session is 1 hour long.
- Also the quality of reviews to be above par excellence
Who are we looking for?
- Graduate (or) pursuing post graduate in any stream
- Any Certifications will be an added advantage
- Fluent in Reading and Written English
