- Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone.
- Different Modem configurations, Outlook & Mac Mail configurations.
- Achieving all objectives in line with the Area Business Plan
- Remote desktop support to help customer to configure mails and setting up new devices.
- Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
