Job description
- Role: Telesales outbound
- Industry Type- BPO.
- Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
- Education Qualification- Intermediate or any graduation.
- Work Location: Secunderabad (Work from Office)
- 6 Days Working Straight shift and Fixed week off (as of now)
- Experienced- (Kannada) With basic English and computer knowledge and 6 months
minimum paper experience in tele-calling.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide information.
- Explaining about products.
- Handling enquiry of sales.
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers regarding sales
Eligibility Criteria: –
1. Basic English and good communication skills in Kannada, Malayalam & Tamil ( In the three Any One Language with the Combination of English )
2. Freshers and experienced can apply.
3. Sales experience would be an advantage.
4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.
5. Immediate Joiners preferred.
6.No cab facility.
