Job Profile: Internship in Sales
Year of Passing: 2020, 2021
Compensation: Rs 5,000 per month for 3 months
Work Location: Bangalore, unless otherwise agreed
Role Responsibilities for Subex Off Campus Drive:
Subex is focused on building next generation Telecom software products in Augmented Analytics and enables Digital Trust for its clients globally. As a Sales Intern you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for acquiring customers and directly influencing growth at Subex.
All interns will be put through a rigorous Sales school (internship program) which will introduce them to various aspects of Software & Solution Selling. This would include mentoring and coaching by Sales Leaders with decades of Global experience in training young aspiring students into professional sales careers.
Key learnings of the intern would be:
• Exposure to Domestic and International business
• Exposure to all steps associated with closing a Sale
• Exposure to managing & mastering complex sale cycle
• Understand Sales process, Tools used and Review mechanisms
• Active involvement in Sales reviews, planning and preparation
• Participation in customer calls and meetings, as advised by RVP
• Working with Regional VP to support in Customer engagements
• Contribute to proposal creation, reviews and pricing discussions
• Learn how to conduct Sales demos, presentations and solution pitches
• Hands on experience with Market, Customer and Competitive Research
• Working with Marketing teams on initiatives for targeted regional sales pursuits
• Access to seasoned Sales Leaders for networking and learning thru personal interactions
• Sales prospecting using various techniques from cold calling, running campaigns, events, promotions etc.
• Assessment of learnings thru role plays conducted individually as well as for teams; include mock customer calls, solution pitch, follow ups etc.

4. Logical, with an ability to think on the feet
5. Willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria for Subex Off Campus Drive
1. Engineering with MBA
2. Year of Passing: 2020, 2021
3. Compensation: Rs 5,000 per month for 3 months
4. Work Location: Bangalore, unless otherwise agreed
5. Selected interns will be offered full time roles, subject to performance.
6. CTC offer post conversion is 4 LPA
