About RCC: RIVIGO is conducting a nationwide coding challenge for those who seek to solve the unsolvable. Along with a partner, you’ll be solving a real-world challenge using Java, Python, C, C++ and competing with thousands of brilliant minds around the country.

The contest will span over a week (Aug 11th – Aug 18th). The challenge will require week-long application of the best of your problem-solving skills.

  • The contest is open for all. To be eligible for prizes and job opportunities at RIVIGO, you must reside in India and be a fresher (Graduating in 2019/2020) pursuing BTech, BE, MTech, ME, MCA, MS, Dual Degree- MTech+BTech, PHD.
  • Participation has to be in groups of two with at least one team member graduating in 2019 and at most one team member graduating in 2020.
  • You can register alone, however, to participate, you’d need to compulsorily provide your partner’s contact details as well.


  • This is a team participation competition (group of 2)
  • You can code using the interface of the challenge website, which currently supports over 40 major languages. Learn about our environment and time limits here. If you are not yet familiar with the platform, check out Solve Me First to acquaint yourself.
  • Please refrain from discussing strategy during the competition.
  • All submissions are checked by a plagiarism detector. Any case of code plagiarism will disqualify both users from the competition.
  • Decision of the organizer (RIVIGO) will be considered final.
  • Prizes will be awarded to those participants who have given consent to share their information with RIVIGO.
  • Please expect 4-6 weeks post competition to receive your prizes.
  • Please expect 4-6 weeks for interview schedule.


  • Each submission will be scored and ranked by the evaluation metric stated on the challenge website.
  • Total score will be the sum of the scores earned for each testcase.
  • In the event of a tie, the submission that was entered first to the Competition will be the winner.
