The current core team at Playto Labs has earlier built Skyfi Labs where they developed 100+ experiential learning products for UG level students, authored papers in experiential learning and won awards. Those products have paying customers from 67 countries and are rated 4.6+/5 on Google and FB with 1000+ reviews. With such a background, the team is now working on building highly engaging learning-by-doing products for kids. Playto Labs has raised a round of funding from some amazing angel investors who have built and exited startups successfully. Job Description

The role is to 

• Represent the customer in all aspects of the business 
• Present the perspective of customer in internal meetings involving business and product decisions
• Ensure a great customer experience

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Communicating with customers via phone and email.
• Speaking to customers to understand their goals and requirements and providing inputs to the business and product teams
• Solve student issues, questions, and concerns
• Ensure all the commitments to the customers are met by coordinating with various internal departments
• Maintain accurate data of all aspects relating to the customers

Qualifications

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Empathy to understand customer needs and pains
• Experience in communicating with customers on phone, email, chat or SMS.
• Writing clear and concise emails and very good at using other communication channels
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Fresher
