Role & Responsibilities

Associate – Operations

  • Understanding academic projects/assignments/tasks requirements and ascertaining the appropriate price of each projects/assignments/tasks
  • Understanding client’s escalation, discussing the issues with experts and coming up with appropriate solution.
  • Identifying suitable experts for each project, negotiating the pay with freelancers and facilitating allocation process.
  • Point of contact for sales team and experts regarding pricing and allocation process respectively.
  • Dealing with clients on chat/call in order to close stuck cases

• Answer calls and respond to emails
• Handle customer inquiries both telephonimlly and by email
• Research required information using available resources
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Enter new curtomer information into system
• Update existing customer information
• Process orders, forms and applications
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexible with Shifts

Sales Chat :
• Understanding the client’s requirement online (chat/ and offering them the right quotations
• Giving the real time experience by handling their queries and assisting them
• Pitch the client and follow up with them for the business closure
• Working closely with the Operations Team and Sales Team for planning and report analysis
• Converting potentials leads into customers
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexible with Shifts

Skills Needed:
1. Very good command over English.
2. Excellent knowledge of the subject
3. Punctual and ability to work within deadlines.
4. Efficiency with internet browsing and internet researching skills.
5. Good writing and analytical skills. Strong academic background, Versatile with multiple subjects, Efficient in communication, Capable of understanding inside of projects/assignments, willing to listen and learn.
6. Capable to convince/express oneself efficiently.
