Job Description for Hiresure Off Campus:
– Role: There will be several opportunities to explore while working. These would include but won’t be restricted to:
– Work with the Product/ Business teams to get a full understanding of the requirements and propose creative and efficient solutions
– Come up with innovative solutions to the hurdles that confront us on a day-to-day basis.
– Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimisation and functionality
– Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
– The interns will also have an opportunity for a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) which would be ranging from INR 3 lacs to 5 lacs.
– The decision for the PPO will be entirely based on the performance and the intent shown during the internship period.
