Probation/Training Period: Ongoing training, 6 Month Probation

Salary: INR 3.75 LPA(Fixed) + INR 1.25 LPA(Variable)
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description and Skill Set Required:
– Driving inquiries and admissions for the online and blended learning programs offered
– Looking after entire sales lifecycle: starting from engaging with leads till the final conversion
– Counseling professionals via call, email or in person and suggesting the best program for prospective students
– Updating and maintaining MIS reports
– Coordinating with marketing team to fine tune marketing plans related to admissions

Skill Set Required:
– Experience: 0 to 1 year in counseling or sales, education industry is a bonus

Competency: (Top 3)
– Good written & spoken English and pitching skills
– Good convincing ability and confident personality
– Some ability in Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Word

Interview Process:
– 3-4 Face To Face rounds (Each round being an elimination round)
