Job Profile: Executive/ Assistant Manager – Support
Age Limit: 22-32 Years
Exp Needed: 0-3 Yrs
Education Qualifications: Graduate in Law/ English/ Journalism from a recognized University.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi language
- Experience in customer support
- Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Commitment to the organization’s goals and values
Knowledge & Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience with zeal to handle customer queries and resolve in time bound manner
- May be required for the development of Modules
- Familiarity with MS office, reporting and documentation
*Note –Social Media exposure will be added advantage
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Liaison with the development team for identifying ongoing issues, manage the response and help development team during resolving the issues
