DigiLocker Freshers Recruitment 2020 Hiring For Executive/ Assistant Manager Position- Any Degree

About DigiLocker: DigiLocker is an online service provided by the Ministry of Electronics and IT, Government of India under its Digital India initiative.

Job Profile: Executive/ Assistant Manager – Support

Age Limit: 22-32 Years

Exp Needed: 0-3 Yrs

Education Qualifications: Graduate in Law/ English/ Journalism from a recognized University.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi language
  • Experience in customer support
  • Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Commitment to the organization’s goals and values

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 0-3 years of experience with zeal to handle customer queries and resolve in time bound manner
  • May be required for the development of Modules
  • Familiarity with MS office, reporting and documentation

*Note –Social Media exposure will be added advantage


  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Liaison with the development team for identifying ongoing issues, manage the response and help development team during resolving the issues
