- Troubleshooting network related problems and diagnosing and solving software issues.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and documenting relevant reports
- Handle inbound queries pertaining to the network & application issues.
- Working with Engineering on customer driven product requests & enhancements and improving product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams.
- Good communication in English & excellent telephone etiquette.
- Experience with customer service environment preferred.
- Logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Flexible to work in night shift.
- Graduation is Mandatory, or 10+3 years of diploma is acceptable
