- Year of Passing – 2017 to 2019 (No standing Arrears/Backlogs)
- Educational Qualification-BE/B.Tech- ECE,EEE,IT,CS
- Basic understanding in any of the 5 operating systems (Linux, Mac, Windows, Chrome and Android) with basic OS troubleshooting techniques and documented escalation procedures
- Basic understanding in Networking and Network troubleshooting
- Good communication skills
- Good Analytical & Cognitive skills
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Ability to deal professionally with customers
- Should be willing to work on rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
