here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a part of the campaign operations team
what will you do?
- own for campaign operations – review requests and plan accordingly
- work with stakeholders to create effective campaign strategies to package & pitch each reward well to CRED members
- coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders from partnerships, design, copy etc.
- be responsible for configuration and testing of requests in the system based on set requirements; if any
- make an effort to amplify user flow and experience
- own reward operations and work on internal dashboards for reward setup, tracking and reporting
- own user experience & quality check for rewards across launch & post-launch operations
- solve for customer success and ensure that potential user issues are flagged & resolved
- work on new campaign requirements by collaborating with product, tech, backend, and creative teams
you should apply if you:
- possess 0-1 years of work experience preferably in e-commerce operations
- have the creative flair to understand nuances of positioning and packaging via design & copy
- are able to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- are willing to thrive in high ownership and independent environment and can handle high-stress situations
- enjoy multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- are available for a duration of 4 months (September 2021- December 2021).
