POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking to hire result oriented IT professionals who have a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of Quality Assurance principles. The candidate is expected to possess strong analytical and communication skills and an understanding of service delivery processes. An interest in the digital marketing domain is an additional plus point.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performance testing, building test cases for Email and Web Page quality assurance
• Execute on day-to- day QA production tasks flawlessly
• Proper documentation of the tasks performed on a daily basis
• Adherence to Management’s instructions and process manuals, workflow structures
• Identify critical issues on proactive basis and escalation to the management
• Testing web based applications, Web Pages, Digital Assets etc

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Good knowledge of Manual Testing
• Internship Experience in Testing web based applications, Web Pages, Digital Assets etc
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing testing tools like LITMUS, Total Validator will be an added advantage
• Basic understanding of Email Marketing and QA processes, principles and techniques around it

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong analytical mindset with logical reasoning
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and testing tools will be an advantage.
