  • Having Insurance (Healthcare domain) background will be added advantage

  • Should posses leadership quality and time management skills

Job Description

  • Resolution of Service Desk Tickets.
  • Communicate status and resolution to customers.
  • Determine the source of the issue, reason(s) for the problem and complexity of the resolution.
  • Recreate scenarios in test environments, troubleshoots system failures, and works with technical staff and vendors to determine root cause and resolution.
  • Develop adhoc queries and reports based on the needs of the business.
